Create a New Event

Access Code

Enter the access code to create an event. Contact the administrator if you don't have one.

Event Details

Registration closes on this date. Event data will be automatically deleted 6 months after.

Categories & Slots

Create categories for different sessions, dates, or ticket types. Include date/time in the name if needed.

Max Pax = Total number of people (children + adults, including free adults). Example: If you want 10 children to attend with their parents, set Max Pax to 20 (10 children + 10 adults), not 10.

Min Pax = Minimum number of paying participants needed before payment emails are sent. For free events, this is the minimum attendees before confirmation. Set to 0 for no minimum.

Free Adult Ratio = How many adults can attend for free based on number of children. Free adults still count toward Max Pax.

PayNow Number for Payments

Parents will pay to this number via PayNow. Please double-check it carefully!

Must be a Singapore mobile number (starting with 8 or 9). This will be shown to parents for payment.
