A new event, ready to share.

Fill this in once and the sign-ups look after themselves — places given in the order they're asked for, a waitlist standing quietly behind them, and payment reminders you never have to write. It takes about five minutes.

01 / Access

Your access code

Event creation is kept to our community, so we ask for a code here. If you don't have one yet, drop the admin a note and they'll send it over.

02 / The event

What are you running?

Parents can book up to this date. Six months afterwards we delete the event and everyone's details for you — nothing lingers.

03 / Places

Categories and places

A category is one session, date, or ticket type. Running the same thing twice? Add a category for each and put the date in its name — parents pick the one they want.

Max pax
Everyone taking up a place — children and adults, free adults included. Ten children each bringing a parent is 20, not 10.
Min pax
How many paying people you need before the event is on. Until it's reached, nobody is asked to pay. On a free event it's the turnout needed before bookings are confirmed. Leave it at 0 if you don't need one.
Free adult ratio
How many adults come along free, counted against the children. They still take up a place in max pax.

Adults can't attend this one, so we'll hide the adult fields from the booking form entirely.

If you need more than names — citizen or PR status, a child's age, a school, or just a box for anything they'd like you to know — ask for it here. Each question can be answered once per booking, or once for every attendee.

We'll send your admin link here the moment the event is made, so use an address you actually read.

Your PayNow number

Parents pay this number directly — the money goes to you, never through us. One wrong digit sends it to a stranger, so please read it back before you submit.

Singapore mobile, 8 digits, starting with 8 or 9. Parents will see it on their booking and in their payment reminders.

This PIN opens your dashboard. We store it scrambled and can't read it back to you, so keep it somewhere you'll find it again.

Parents register without paying, and you send the payment emails yourself from the dashboard when you're ready — useful if prices aren't settled yet, or you want to see how many sign up first.

Parents who asked to hear about new events get one email with your event details and the registration link, the moment the event is created. Untick for a private or test event.

The mailing list hears about it right away; everyone else, when you share the link.
